Job Description

Key Responsibilities Marketplace & D2C Management • Own the P&L for Amazon, Flipkart, and Rasayanam.in, driving monthly revenue targets while maintaining healthy contribution margins. • Manage end-to-end cataloging, including SEO-optimized listings, A+ content, and brand store management to improve organic discoverability and conversion. • Implement pricing strategies and promotional calendars across platforms to ensure brand consistency and competitiveness. Growth & Performance Oversight • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) and Flipkart Ads, focusing on improving RoAS and reducing TACOS. • Leverage data analytics to identify high-performing SKUs, consumer buying patterns, and category gaps to guide inventory and product decisions. Quick Commerce Integration • Provide strategic oversight for Quick Commerce accounts (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart), ensuring high fill rates and participation in top-of-funnel platform events. • Ensure seamless coordination between the E-comm warehouse and Q-comm dark stores to prevent stock-outs during peak sale periods. Operations & Supply Chain Coordination • Monitor inventory health (Weeks of Cover) across all warehouses and FBA/FBF centers to minimize age-debt and stock-outs. • Work closely with the supply chain team to streamline order processing, returns management, and logistics efficiency. Reporting & Strategy • Build and maintain a comprehensive dashboard tracking GMV, CAC, Retention, and Platform Health metrics. • Conduct regular competitor benchmarking on pricing, packaging, and digital share-of-voice.
