Senior HR Business Partner
Job Summary
The Senior HR Business Partner will play a strategic role in supporting business teams across India and Southeast Asia. This position closely partners with regional leadership to drive the people agenda aligned with the business strategy while coordinating with global HR specialist teams. The role is responsible for the end-to-end employee experience within the region and provides expert guidance across all people-related areas.
Responsibilities
- Partner with regional leaders to shape and execute people strategy and resolve workforce challenges.
- Utilize data and insights to identify people priorities and address future talent needs.
- Advise on talent development, engagement, and succession planning at mid-levels.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees in the region, providing guidance on policies and processes.
- Coach managers on people management and performance-related matters.
- Drive onboarding, performance management, learning initiatives, and overall employee experience.
- Collaborate with global HR teams, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and HR Operations.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, global Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and external partners.
- Support HR-led initiatives such as Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and change programs.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent.
- 8-10 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 6 years in HR Business Partnering.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, preferably in technology-led environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of HR systems (Workday preferred) and HR analytics.
- Strong understanding of employment laws in India and Southeast Asia.
- Experience in global or matrixed organizations is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HR analytics tools.
- Familiarity with digital transformation in HR processes.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition techniques and strategies.
Experience
- 8-10 years of relevant HR experience with a focus on HR Business Partnering.
