The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, relationships and<br /> excellent negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.<br /> Key Responsibilities:<br /> ● Ensure smooth servicing of property and liability policies by promptly addressing client needs<br /> and maintaining client satisfaction.<br /> ● Float RFQs for property insurance and negotiate premiums and terms with insurers to align<br /> with client expectations and business requirements.<br /> ● Track RFQs and perform quality checks on policy documents to ensure accuracy and<br /> minimize errors in documentation.<br /> ● Conduct thorough property risk assessments and prepare detailed due diligence reports to<br /> inform underwriting decisions and enhance risk management.<br /> ● Negotiate premium quotes and terms with insurers, particularly for large and medium-sized<br /> property proposals, to secure the best possible coverage for clients.<br /> ● Submit Quote Comparison Reports (QCR) within the Turnaround Time (TAT), ensuring all<br /> data entered in the system is accurate and up-to-date.<br /> ● Create service presentations for clients and generate monthly MIS reports on pending<br /> property and liability claims to ensure transparent communication.<br /> ● Maintain strong relationships with key contacts at insurance companies to support<br /> underwriting needs and ensure effective service delivery.<br /> ● Process property endorsement requests, including additions, deletions, and modifications,<br /> while coordinating with insurers to implement changes smoothly.<br /> ● Respond to client queries regarding property-related matters within 24 hours to ensure fast<br /> and efficient resolution.<br /> Qualifications<br /> ● Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Business, Insurance, or a related field.</div> <div>● Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in property insurance placement or a related<br /> field.<br /> ● Skills:<br /> ○ Strong understanding of property insurance products, policy structures, and risk<br /> assessment.<br /> ○ Proven negotiation skills with experience liaising with insurers, brokers, and<br /> clients.<br /> ○ Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in evaluating policy wordings and<br /> terms.<br /> ○ Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and<br /> explain technical information clearly.<br /> ○ Proficiency in using insurance placement and CRM software.<br /> ○ Has managed flows of 8-10 RFQ per day</div> <div>Key Details:<br /> ● Location: Mumbai<br /> ● Compensation: Competitive market pay along with a variable performance-based<br /> component<br /> ● Date of Joining: ASAP</div>
