<p data-end="1435" data-start="988">We are looking for an experienced <strong data-end="1033" data-start="1022">HR Lead</strong> who can drive the people agenda at Lal Sweets by blending <strong data-end="1125" data-start="1092">strategic business partnering</strong> with <strong data-end="1158" data-start="1131">on-ground HR operations</strong>. The ideal candidate will have exposure to both <strong data-end="1246" data-start="1207">corporate and plant HR environments</strong>, a strong understanding of <strong data-end="1310" data-start="1274">local labor laws and compliances</strong>, and the ability to work closely with promoters and business heads to align HR initiatives with organizational growth goals.</p>
