Job Summary

As an Operations Executive Intern at ShipCorrect, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth logistics operations for our D2C clients. This is a 6-month, work-from-office internship where you will coordinate with courier partners, track shipments, resolve logistics challenges, and support D2C brands through efficient backend operations. This position is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in logistics, keen to develop strong coordination and communication skills in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with courier companies to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Track critical or delayed shipments and resolve logistics issues proactively.
• Provide prompt support to D2C brands for shipping-related queries and concerns.
• Manage backend logistics processes using ShipCorrect’s internal dashboard.
• Maintain smooth communication across internal teams and with external clients.
• Assist in continuous process improvements for logistics and customer support operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to resolve logistics and coordination issues.
• Effective coordination and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new dashboard/tools quickly.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Minimum educational qualification: Pursuing or completed undergraduate degree (any stream).
• No prior experience required; freshers are welcome.

Preferred Skills

• Prior internship or coursework in logistics, supply chain, or customer support.
• Familiarity with D2C or e-commerce shipping processes.
• Basic understanding of logistics software or tracking dashboards.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting in a startup environment.

Experience

• Minimum Experience: 0 years (Freshers welcome).
• Relevant exposure to logistics, courier coordination, customer support, or shipment tracking (preferred but not mandatory).

Environment

• Work from Office: Malad, Mumbai.
• Desk-based job with emphasis on communication and coordination.
• Collaborative, startup environment with opportunities to interact with multiple teams and clients.
• No fieldwork involved.

Salary

• Stipend: ₹10,000 per month.
• Total for 6 months: ₹60,000.
• Annualized: ₹120,000.
