<div>Role Specifications:<br /> Key Stats:<br /> 1) Meta Budget: ~1.2 Cr per month<br /> 2) Geographies - India (75%), US (15%), Middle East (10%)<br /> 3) Meta Team Members: 1 Sr Associate currently<br /> 4) Reporting to: Associate Director for Marketing<br /> 5) Total Marketing Team Size: 8 members<br /> 6) Total Marketing Budget: 2.7 Cr<br /> CTC Range:<br /> 18 LPA to 24 LPA<br /> Work Experience: 2 to 5 years<br /> Designation: AM / Manager depending on experience</div> <div>3 MUST Haves<br /> 1) MUST be from good pedigree: either a top engineering college (IIT/NIT/ DTU/ NSIT/<br /> BITS etc) or a top MBA (any IIM, MICA, Narsee Monjee, IMT Ghaziabad, IIFT, SIBM,<br /> Great Lakes etc). Please note that executive or correspondence courses from these<br /> institutes do not count.<br /> 2) MUST have worked on Meta ads for at least 2 years at a consumer company / D2C<br /> brand or an agency.<br /> 3) MUST be residing in Gurgaon or should be ready to relocate to Gurgaon<br /> Anyone who meets these 3 MUST Haves has a very high chance of selection.</div> <div>Other important things to keep in mind:<br /> 1) The right candidate should have mix of analytical ability and creativity<br /> 2) People who do not have Meta Ads as their core KRA will not be suitable.<br /> 3) People who have only worked on online branding and not on performance marketing will<br /> not be suitable.<br /> 4) They should have a personal laptop as the company does not provide a laptop.<br /> 5) The notice period should ideally be 30 days or less.
