Executive Assistant - For Lower Parel/Mumbai

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Versatile Support: Assist executives with a wide range of tasks, from managing calendars and scheduling meetings to handling travel arrangements and personal errands.

• Hands-On Tasks: Be proactive in supporting various administrative needs, whether it's preparing documents, coordinating logistics, or troubleshooting day-to-day issues.

• Communication Hub: Manage emails, phone calls, and other communications, ensuring timely follow-ups and problem resolution.

• Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items to ensure follow-through.

• Project Assistance: Take on small projects or initiatives as needed, helping executives stay on top of ongoing tasks and deadlines.

• Adaptability: Jump in and assist wherever necessary, from managing office supplies to coordinating company events or assisting with ad-hoc tasks.
