Job Description
● 2–4 years experience driving content, social media strategy at a fast-moving DTC or consumer brand. Bonus points if you were an influencer. ● Day-to-day owner of content - you can drive the overall strategy for our entire health and beauty and personal care product portfolio, give creators clear hooks and narratives that don’t just go viral but also convert, and test fresh formats or product angles. ● Comfortable understanding simple metrics -views, watch time, click-through and explaining what they mean in plain language. ● Scaled communities with purpose - has thoughtfully built or grown a community into an engaged space. Build reward programs, to excite members and encourage consistency and long-term retention. ● Hands-on with AI tools for writing or content generation (image/video) and excited to test new ones. ● Organized self-starter who builds easy systems to repeat what works and drop what doesn’t
