3. Key Roles

The Operation Manager is responsible for the overall management
of the Plant, and will lead operation team to achieve goals through
product efficiency, cost saving and quality optimization, and improve
productivity and ensure product delivery.

Production & Delivery Management
1. Formulate operation strategies, deploy the working standards
and management systems for production and delivery
management as per the plan
2. Manage planning, production, facility & maintenance,
automation, CI/IE functions to realize smooth operation and
order fulfillment, with support of engineering, quality and other
functions in the plant.
3. Supervise and coordinate the working progress of each team to
ensure high quality execution

1. Plant management

3. KPI (financial index, quality index and safety)
4. Skills level of operation personnel

6. Qualification/
Experience/ Skills

1. Bachelor degree or above with Science and Engineering major
2. 10+ years’ working experience with 3+years’ in operation
functions, engaged in production, quality or engineering in
multinational or large manufacturing company. Experience in
printing industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
3. Deep understanding of overall operation management and
implementation with strong leadership.
4. Demonstrates ability to develop capabilities and lead high
performing teams with very diverse cultures and backgrounds
5. Good written/oral English
