<div>Job Summary:<br /> We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Team Lead to join our team at Euler Motors, a leading manufacturer of light commercial EVs. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and leading a team to manage inbound and outbound leads across India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.<br /> Key Responsibilities:<br /> &bull;<br /> Build, maintain, and lead a high-performing inside sales team to manage inbound and outbound leads<br /> &bull;<br /> Generate Qualified Leads across geographies in India, with a focus on targeted applications and regions<br /> &bull;<br /> Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure the right mix of qualified leads<br /> &bull;<br /> Track and report on revenue generated from converted leads through the sales team<br /> &bull;<br /> Ensure prompt response to inquiries, with a focus on exceptional customer service<br /> &bull;<br /> Maintain accurate and complete data points, including lead status and performance metrics<br /> &bull;<br /> Publish regular reports on lead status and performance metrics to stakeholders<br /> &bull;<br /> Develop and implement strategies to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and sales revenue<br /> &bull;<br /> Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market analysis to identify new business opportunities<br /> &bull;<br /> Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure team goals and objectives are met<br /> &bull;<br /> Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to align sales strategies and messaging</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Requirements:</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>8+ years of experience in inside sales or sales leadership roles, preferably in the automotive or EV industry<br /> &bull;<br /> Proven track record of success in lead generation, conversion, and sales revenue growth<br /> &bull;<br /> Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills<br /> &bull;<br /> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions<br /> &bull;<br /> Experience with software and sales automation tools</div>
