Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Team Lead to join our team at Euler Motors, a leading manufacturer of light commercial EVs. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and leading a team to manage inbound and outbound leads across India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Build, maintain, and lead a high-performing inside sales team to manage inbound and outbound leads
•
Generate Qualified Leads across geographies in India, with a focus on targeted applications and regions
•
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure the right mix of qualified leads
•
Track and report on revenue generated from converted leads through the sales team
•
Ensure prompt response to inquiries, with a focus on exceptional customer service
•
Maintain accurate and complete data points, including lead status and performance metrics
•
Publish regular reports on lead status and performance metrics to stakeholders
•
Develop and implement strategies to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and sales revenue
•
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market analysis to identify new business opportunities
•
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure team goals and objectives are met
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to align sales strategies and messaging

8+ years of experience in inside sales or sales leadership roles, preferably in the automotive or EV industry

Proven track record of success in lead generation, conversion, and sales revenue growth

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Experience with software and sales automation tools
