Role Overview Whizzo is looking for an experienced Sales Associate to drive growth in its Medical Consumables vertical — focusing on products such as gloves, gowns, drapes, and medical tapes. This is an individual contributor role that requires strong market understanding and channel development skills, along with the ability to independently open new markets and build lasting business relationships. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new B2B and institutional opportunities for medical consumables. • Build and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and hospital procurement teams. • Drive channel and market expansion across India and select export geographies. • Manage the complete sales process — from lead generation and pitching to closure. • Collaborate with product and R&D teams to deliver customised material solutions. • Conduct market research, competitor tracking, and pricing analysis. • Represent Whizzo at medical trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events. Requirements • 8–10 years of experience in sales/business development of medical consumables (e.g., gloves, gowns, drapes, tapes, PPE, etc.). • Strong understanding of channel sales and institutional selling. • Proven track record in new market development and client acquisition. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable working independently. • Willingness to travel frequently for client and partner engagement.
