<b id="docs-internal-guid-c34a4ac6-7fff-ce1c-61a1-a40dfa10b598">Scrabble has been mandated to hire an operations Manager for a rapidly growing financial services company based in Mumbai.</b><br /> <br /> <br /> <b>Team Supervision and Coordination:<br /> ● Oversee and coordinate the activities of Senior Executives across multiple functions<br /> including Customer Service, Accounting and Compliance, Banking, and Company<br /> Secretary.<br /> Quality Assurance and Compliance:<br /> ● Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies across all<br /> operational activities such as:<br /> ○ Verification of KYC documentation<br /> ○ Systematic completion of PAS4 allotment process, coordination of pre-PAS4 tasks.<br /> ○ Overseeing creation of new SPVs, obtaining registrations.<br /> ○ Managing bank accounts, executing agreements, and integrating with payment<br /> gateways.<br /> ○ Coordinating documentation management, including pre launch documents.<br /> ○ Validating EOI documents, updating portal records, and managing post-closure<br /> documents.<br /> ○ Maintaining positive stakeholder relationships, facilitate statutory compliance,<br /> including AGM coordination.<br /> ● Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency<br /> in service delivery and documentation<br /> Client and Internal Stakeholder Relations<br /> ● Serve as a point of contact for escalated client issues, ensuring prompt resolution and<br /> effective communication.<br /> ● Foster collaboration and communication between internal teams to streamline processes<br /> and address cross-functional challenges.<br /> Process Management and Improvement:<br /> ● Evaluate existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance<br /> efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.<br /> ● Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to optimize workflow and<br /> resource utilization across all operational functions.<br /> Performance Monitoring and Reporting:<br /> ● Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness<br /> and efficiency of operational activities.<br /> ● Generate periodic reports for management review, highlighting key performance<br /> indicators, trends, and areas for improvement.<br /> Vendor and Partner Management:<br /> ● Evaluate the performance of external vendors and service providers, ensuring<br /> adherence to service level agreements and quality standards.<br /> ● Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to optimize cost-efficiency and service<br /> delivery.<br /> Strategic Planning and Execution:<br /> ● Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic goals and initiatives for<br /> operational excellence.<br /> ● Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and initiatives, driving execution and<br /> achievement of targets. </b><br />
