1. Managing accounting, month-end closure, and overall controllership hygiene
2. Preparing and analysing MIS, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
3. Working closely with business, marketing, and operations teams to connect numbers with real outcomes
4. Strengthening processes and ensuring compliance with accuracy and timeliness
5. Supporting strategic decision-making and helping leadership with financial insights What we're looking for:
6. Finance professional with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience
7. Good understanding of accounting and compliance
8. Prior exposure to a fast-growing or e-commerce/D2C environment is a big plus
9. Hands-on attitude, strong analytical skills, and willingness to get into the details
