• Designation: Chief Investment Officer (PMS)
• Experience: 20+ years of experience across equity long-only funds, PMS, institutional equity research, and investment advisory/consulting
• Strong buy-side exposure preferred
• Prior experience in PMS / AIF / hedge funds highly desirable
• Proven track record of alpha generation through fundamental research
• Role Overview: Drive portfolio construction with focus on risk-adjusted returns, Generate alpha and beta across large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap equities
• Develop fundamental, research-driven stock ideas and investment theses. Lead and build a sector-focused research team
• Oversee financial modelling, valuation frameworks, and sector/thematic studies. Present stock ideas and performance reviews to the Investment Committee
• Conceptualize and launch new investment products / strategies. Engage with Super HNI clients, corporates, regulators, and sell-side analysts
• Reporting to: CEO & MD
• Location: Mumbai
• Universe: Buy-side (PMS / AIF / Hedge Fund) preferred
