Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) professional to lead QA and Quality Control (QC) operations at our food manufacturing facility. The QA Head will ensure the highest standards of product quality and food safety, playing a crucial role in the overall quality framework of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA and QC activities at the plant.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, GHP, and food safety standards.
• Conduct audits, inspections, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Monitor quality of raw materials, in-process checks, and finished goods.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality systems, and compliance documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure quality excellence.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within food manufacturing, food processing, frozen foods, dairy, FMCG foods, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and quality management systems.
• Experience handling plant-level quality operations and conducting audits.
• Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Dairy Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

The position is based in a food manufacturing plant located approximately 40 km from Panchkula.
