<div>Job Purpose:<br />
The AGM – Dealer Development is responsible for driving the expansion and enhancement of the company's dealership network. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing strategies that align with the company's growth objectives while ensuring a high-quality dealer network. The AGM will manage a team, collaborate across departments, and foster strong dealer relationships to achieve network expansion and performance targets.</div>
<div>Key Responsibilities:<br />
1. Network Expansion Strategy<br />

Contribute to the development and refinement of a network expansion strategy that aligns with business growth objectives.<br />

Identify potential markets, analyze competition, and evaluate market demand to propose suitable locations for new dealerships or alternative representations.<br />

Set network expansion goals, develop timelines, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution.<br />
2. Dealer Identification & Selection<br />
•<br />
Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify and target potential dealer partners who meet the company’s quality, brand image, and values criteria.<br />
•<br />
Utilize pre-defined selection criteria to evaluate prospective dealers based on factors like financial stability, market presence, infrastructure, and operational capabilities.<br />
•<br />
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified dealerships, ensuring long-term growth opportunities.<br />
3. Dealer Development & Management<br />
•<br />
Work closely with retail, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional teams to implement dealer development programs, training sessions, and incentive schemes.<br />
•<br />
Provide hands-on support and guidance to dealers to help them meet sales targets, elevate customer experience, and implement impactful marketing strategies.<br />
•<br />
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for continuous dealer improvement. Ensure regular performance reviews by senior management.</div>

<div>4. Relationship Building<br />

Serve as the primary point of contact for all dealer-related matters, fostering strong and collaborative relationships with both existing and new dealers.<br />

Conduct regular visits to dealers to share best practices, review performance, and update them on the company’s ongoing initiatives.<br />

Actively collaborate with dealers to develop and roll out new programs that enhance business performance and ensure mutual growth.<br />
5. Market Intelligence & Insights<br />

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive actions, and shifts in customer preferences, and assess how these factors influence network development.<br />
•<br />
Conduct periodic market visits, gather customer feedback, and propose modifications to the dealer development strategy based on market insights.<br />
•<br />
Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership to mitigate threats and capitalize on opportunities.</div>

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network expansion and dealer development professionals, ensuring high performance and alignment with the company's goals.<br />

Facilitate collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the team to optimize dealer acquisition and management efforts.<br />
•<br />
Identify training and development needs within the team and ensure resources are available to enhance team capabilities.<br />
•<br />
Manage team resources effectively, balancing workloads and assigning tasks to meet network expansion and dealer development targets.</div>
