<div>Job Purpose:<br /> The AGM &ndash; Dealer Development is responsible for driving the expansion and enhancement of the company&#39;s dealership network. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing strategies that align with the company&#39;s growth objectives while ensuring a high-quality dealer network. The AGM will manage a team, collaborate across departments, and foster strong dealer relationships to achieve network expansion and performance targets.</div> <div>Key Responsibilities:<br /> 1. Network Expansion Strategy<br /> &bull;<br /> Contribute to the development and refinement of a network expansion strategy that aligns with business growth objectives.<br /> &bull;<br /> Identify potential markets, analyze competition, and evaluate market demand to propose suitable locations for new dealerships or alternative representations.<br /> &bull;<br /> Set network expansion goals, develop timelines, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution.<br /> 2. Dealer Identification &amp; Selection<br /> &bull;<br /> Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify and target potential dealer partners who meet the company&rsquo;s quality, brand image, and values criteria.<br /> &bull;<br /> Utilize pre-defined selection criteria to evaluate prospective dealers based on factors like financial stability, market presence, infrastructure, and operational capabilities.<br /> &bull;<br /> Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified dealerships, ensuring long-term growth opportunities.<br /> 3. Dealer Development &amp; Management<br /> &bull;<br /> Work closely with retail, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional teams to implement dealer development programs, training sessions, and incentive schemes.<br /> &bull;<br /> Provide hands-on support and guidance to dealers to help them meet sales targets, elevate customer experience, and implement impactful marketing strategies.<br /> &bull;<br /> Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for continuous dealer improvement. Ensure regular performance reviews by senior management.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>4. Relationship Building<br /> &bull;<br /> Serve as the primary point of contact for all dealer-related matters, fostering strong and collaborative relationships with both existing and new dealers.<br /> &bull;<br /> Conduct regular visits to dealers to share best practices, review performance, and update them on the company&rsquo;s ongoing initiatives.<br /> &bull;<br /> Actively collaborate with dealers to develop and roll out new programs that enhance business performance and ensure mutual growth.<br /> 5. Market Intelligence &amp; Insights<br /> &bull;<br /> Stay informed about industry trends, competitive actions, and shifts in customer preferences, and assess how these factors influence network development.<br /> &bull;<br /> Conduct periodic market visits, gather customer feedback, and propose modifications to the dealer development strategy based on market insights.<br /> &bull;<br /> Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership to mitigate threats and capitalize on opportunities.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>6. Team Management<br /> &bull;<br /> Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network expansion and dealer development professionals, ensuring high performance and alignment with the company&#39;s goals.<br /> &bull;<br /> Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team, monitor their performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.<br /> &bull;<br /> Facilitate collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the team to optimize dealer acquisition and management efforts.<br /> &bull;<br /> Identify training and development needs within the team and ensure resources are available to enhance team capabilities.<br /> &bull;<br /> Manage team resources effectively, balancing workloads and assigning tasks to meet network expansion and dealer development targets.</div>
