Job Description
<div>Manager HR - East<br />
Location: Kolkata<br />
Department: Human Resources<br />
Grade: IL4/IL3-Manager /Sr Manager<br />
Organizational relationships<br />
Reports to: Zonal HR Head – Human Resources-North & East<br />
Purpose of the Job</div>
<div>Manage end to end Human Resource service delivery in the entire Zone efficiently<br />
and effectively.<br />
To build and sustain human resource practices & services and ensure alignment<br />
with the business.</div>
<div>Key responsibilities</div>
<div>Understand the business & growth plans of the B-100 locations plan the<br />
Manpower requirements to meet the business needs<br />
Ensure all positions are filled up with quality manpower within the timelines and<br />
ensure backups for all critical identified roles<br />
Develop and maintain good relationship with Institutes, Universities, employment<br />
agencies and other recruitment sources<br />
Ensuring smooth employee on-boarding experience.<br />
Responsible for driving employee engagement across the zone through<br />
engagement / welfare /communication activities<br />
Strengthen employee relations in the geography & facilitate timely resolution of all<br />
employee related queries/ issues<br />
Responsible for implementation of Performance Management processes and drive<br />
its various stages, like employees’ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) creation and<br />
assessment; finalization of employee performance ratings; facilitating annual<br />
employee performance feedbacks and employee performance improvement<br />
processes.<br />
Responsible for implementing efficient and fair rewards and recognition practices.<br />
Responsible for liaison with the business managers and external vendor to ensure<br />
labour law compliance at all the branch locations in the geography.<br />
Driving Great Place to Work initiatives to enhance the employee experience about<br />
our work place.<br />

<div>Formal Qualifications / Prior<br />
Work Exp</div>
<div>2 year full time Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Management / MBA with<br />
specialization in Human Resources<br />
7 – 10 years work experience in various aspects of HR – Recruitment, L&D,<br />
Employee Relations, Performance Mgt.</div>
