Manager HR - East
Location: Kolkata
Department: Human Resources
Grade: IL4/IL3-Manager /Sr Manager
Organizational relationships
Reports to: Zonal HR Head – Human Resources-North & East
Purpose of the Job
Manage end to end Human Resource service delivery in the entire Zone efficiently
and effectively.
To build and sustain human resource practices & services and ensure alignment
with the business.
Key responsibilities
Understand the business & growth plans of the B-100 locations plan the
Manpower requirements to meet the business needs
Ensure all positions are filled up with quality manpower within the timelines and
ensure backups for all critical identified roles
Develop and maintain good relationship with Institutes, Universities, employment
agencies and other recruitment sources
Ensuring smooth employee on-boarding experience.
Responsible for driving employee engagement across the zone through
engagement / welfare /communication activities
Strengthen employee relations in the geography & facilitate timely resolution of all
employee related queries/ issues
Responsible for implementation of Performance Management processes and drive
its various stages, like employees’ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) creation and
assessment; finalization of employee performance ratings; facilitating annual
employee performance feedbacks and employee performance improvement
processes.
Responsible for implementing efficient and fair rewards and recognition practices.
Responsible for liaison with the business managers and external vendor to ensure
labour law compliance at all the branch locations in the geography.
Driving Great Place to Work initiatives to enhance the employee experience about
our work place.

Work Exp
2 year full time Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Management / MBA with
specialization in Human Resources
7 – 10 years work experience in various aspects of HR – Recruitment, L&D,
Employee Relations, Performance Mgt.
