Our D2C and marketplace presence is expanding rapidly, and we are strengthening our warehouse operations team. Role Overview The Warehouse Executive will manage daily operations including inward stock, order processing, inventory accuracy, and dispatch coordination using Wellopia’s D2C fulfillment standards. Key Responsibilities • Receive and inspect inward stock. • Perform binning, put-away, and warehouse structuring. • Pick, pack, and dispatch D2C orders with accuracy. • Coordinate pickups with courier partners. • Conduct cycle counts and monthly inventory audits. • Maintain accurate entries in WMS (Unicommerce preferred). • Generate labels, invoices, and ensure zero dispatch errors. • Maintain warehouse hygiene, 5S, and safety standards. Skills & Experience • Minimum 2 years of D2C/E-commerce warehouse experience. • Knowledge of courier workflows & packaging standards. • Experience with WMS systems. • Basic Excel skills (VLOOKUP, reconciliation). • Strong attention to detail and process discipline. Qualifications Graduate / 12th pass with relevant warehouse experience. Work Schedule & Compensation Working Days: 6 Days Compensation: As per industry standard
