AVP Sales
Job Summary
This role will focus on managing and expanding a defined client portfolio for the organization. The position requires a mix of strategic planning, business development, coordination across teams, and direct client engagement to drive growth and strengthen client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to support revenue growth and strengthen the organization's market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and potential avenues to enhance competitiveness.
- Lead business development initiatives for Aleas services by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones.
- Guide and mentor team members involved in business development and lead generation activities.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations on key contracts, address client concerns, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Prepare and refine proposals, presentations, and client communications throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Track performance against targets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination in business development efforts.
- Participate in organizational initiatives, high-value engagements, and leadership discussions to support seamless client coordination.
- Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement within the business development function.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on business development progress, opportunities, and challenges.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build professional networks and develop strong stakeholder relationships.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to varied audiences.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all business dealings.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Understanding of areas such as due diligence, corporate fraud, reputation risk, and compliance is preferred.
- Strategic thinking with a strong understanding of financial frameworks, regulatory environments, and business operations.
- Minimum Educational Qualification: MBA or Postgraduate degree in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 10-18 years of relevant professional experience.
