Key Responsibilities: 1. Reverse-Engineered Strategy: Analyze sales targets and work backward to define lead volume requirements. 2. Full-Funnel Lead Generation: Execute high-intent campaigns for Lockated (targeting Real Estate Developers, Society Committees, and Facility Managers). * Drive B2B demand for GoPhygital (targeting Enterprise IT, Marketing Heads, and Digital Transformation leaders). 3. Multi-Channel Execution: Own the end-to-end execution on Google Ads (Search/Display), LinkedIn (Account-Based Marketing), and Meta. * Optimize landing pages and lead magnets to ensure a high "Click-to-Lead" conversion rate. 4. Data-Driven Optimization: * A/B test everything: ad copies, creatives, and form lengths. * Monitor and report on CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and LTV (Lifetime Value) metrics. 5. Growth Hacking: * Identify Phygital marketing opportunities—integrating offline events/physical touch-points with digital retargeting.
