Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new industrial clients for adhesives and coatings products.
- Manage existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and negotiations with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
- Regularly visit clients, conduct market research, and gather competitor insights.
- Generate reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Travel within NCR and surrounding regions as required to develop and maintain business relationships.
