About the role:

 

This role will form an integral part of Nutrova’s team that will be responsible for driving growth of our D2C business. We are looking for an individual who can lead Nutrova’s performance marketing efforts, bringing in subject matter expertise that will be instrumental to our ability to scale

successfully.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Own and scale all growth KPIs: CAC, RoAS, LTV, retention, revenue per user.
  • Lead cross-channel growth strategy across Paid (Meta, Google), Organic (SEO, Content), CRM (Email, WhatsApp), and Product-led growth levers.
  • Develop and optimize the end-to-end growth funnel — from awareness to conversion to loyalty.
  • Partner with founders on monthly and quarterly growth forecasts and own the performance marketing P&L
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, and CX teams to drive website CRO, UI/UX A/B testing, and feature experimentation
  • Build and mentor a world-class growth team including Performance Marketing, CRM, SEO, and Analytics
  • Establish a robust experimentation engine for creative testing, channel betas, and messaging

 

Skill sets:

  • 4+ years’ experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital strategy, with D2C or consumer brand or with performance led agencies
  • Deep expertise across performance channels, analytics, conversion funnels, and retention strategies
  • Highly analytical – strong command over Excel/Sheets, attribution tools, GA4, and BI dashboards
  • Proven experience managing budgets, scaling campaigns, and working with creatives, product, and CX teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
