We are looking for an individual who can lead Nutrova’s performance marketing efforts, bringing in subject matter expertise that will be instrumental to our ability to scale</span></span></p>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Own and scale all growth KPIs: CAC, RoAS, LTV, retention, revenue per user. </span></span></li>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Lead cross-channel growth strategy across Paid (Meta, Google), Organic (SEO, Content), CRM (Email, WhatsApp), and Product-led growth levers. </span></span></li>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Develop and optimize the end-to-end growth funnel — from awareness to conversion to loyalty. </span></span></li>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Partner with founders on monthly and quarterly growth forecasts and own the performance marketing P&L </span></span></li>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Collaborate with Product, Tech, and CX teams to drive website CRO, UI/UX A/B testing, and feature experimentation </span></span></li>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Build and mentor a world-class growth team including Performance Marketing, CRM, SEO, and Analytics </span></span></li>
<li style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Establish a robust experimentation engine for creative testing, channel betas, and messaging </span></span></li>

<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b>Skill sets: </b></span></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">4+ years’ experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital strategy, with D2C or consumer brand or with performance led agencies</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Deep expertise across performance channels, analytics, conversion funnels, and retention strategies </span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Highly analytical – strong command over Excel/Sheets, attribution tools, GA4, and BI dashboards </span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Proven experience managing budgets, scaling campaigns, and working with creatives, product, and CX teams </span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills </span></span></li>
