Job Title: Graphic Designer – Events & Experiences

🧭 Role Objective:
To conceptualize and design visually striking event setups (3D mockups, props, installations) and create high-quality marketing collaterals (social media, decks, brochures) that bring the brand’s storytelling-driven experiences to life.
✨ Key Responsibilities
🎨 Set & Space Design (3D + Event Visuals)

Design 3D mockups and spatial renders of event zones, including:

Birthday party setups
-
Carnival games and stalls
-
Thematic installations for brand activations
-
Family day layouts for corporates
-

Translate mood boards and creative briefs into immersive, child-friendly environments.

Create visual walkthroughs, print-ready artwork for fabrications, and visual support for production teams.
📣 Marketing & Branding Collateral

Design social media graphics (Instagram reels covers, carousels, stories, LinkedIn banners).

Develop presentation decks, one-pagers, and brochures for B2B pitches.

Create printables for events (certificates, activity guides, signage, backdrops).

Ensure consistency with Blue Sparrow’s brand language, colors, and tone of voice.
📂 Coordination & Execution

Work with the experience design team to interpret creative briefs.

Share source files in organized folders with appropriate naming/versioning.

Coordinate with printers and fabricators to ensure accurate output.

Stay up to date on design trends in edutainment, experiential spaces, and children’s branding.
🛠️ Required Skills & Tools
Must-Have Design Tools

Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (core)

3D Design Software:
➤ SketchUp with V-Ray or Enscape, or
➤ Blender, or
➤ Cinema 4D, or any event-appropriate 3D modeling tool -
Canva (for lightweight team requests)

Basic animation/video editing using Premiere Pro or After Effects (preferred)
Design Thinking Abilities

Strong storytelling approach to visual design

Understanding of spatial layouts, child-safe color palettes, and thematic zoning

Print design understanding (for props, signage, stage elements)

Responsive across branding, BTL, and digital-first assets
