If you or someone you know has,

· Proven experience in both plant and corporate HR roles.
· Experience in handling end-to-end employee lifecycle, TA, and designing L&D programs.
· Strong knowledge of labor laws, union management, and HR best practices.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
·10 to 12 years of relevant experience.
