Job Summary

We are seeking Salesforce QA Engineers who can join immediately. The successful candidates will contribute significantly to our software quality assurance processes, especially focusing on Salesforce products. This role is vital in ensuring our Salesforce implementations meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
• Execute test cases, manage defect lifecycles, and report findings to stakeholders.
• Utilize automation tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Validate APIs and web services to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to align with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 4+ years in software QA, with at least 3 years specifically in Salesforce testing.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce features including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in QA methodologies, testing life cycles, and defect management tools such as Jira and TestRail.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or UFT.
• Understanding of APIs, web services, and data validation through SOQL/SOSL and SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce QA certification or Salesforce Admin certification.
• Experience in testing large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to performance testing tools and techniques.

Experience

• A minimum of 4+ years in software quality assurance, with specific experience in Salesforce testing.
