With a small team of 10-20 members, Golassie is working towards reaching $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) within the next year. The company operates mostly under the radar, with all funding sourced from angels and advisors. They seek high-output operators who can either drive go-to-market strategies or build systems and teams to scale.

Job Summary

This Go-To-Market (GTM) and Strategy role is designed for individuals who are proactive in developing strategies for market entry and expansion. Candidates should exhibit raw intelligence, grit, and high energy levels. They must be adept at communicating with healthcare professionals in a straightforward and engaging manner. This role requires high emotional intelligence (EQ), likability, and the ability to read social cues while maintaining personal boundaries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to drive growth and market presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine product offerings and messaging.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors and health professionals, to enhance company visibility.
  • Conduct outreach efforts and advocacy campaigns to promote the company's services within the healthcare industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing or strategy role.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market data and formulate strategies.
