Job Summary

The Procurement – 3P Operations Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, vendor coordination, and material planning. This role ensures smooth order processing, maintains compliance, prevents stock-outs, and supports inventory management to facilitate seamless supply chain operations aligned with the company's sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

• Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Operations: Manage the entire P2P cycle, including purchase requisition creation, purchase order processing, goods receipt note (GRN), invoicing, and payment coordination, ensuring adherence to procurement policies.
• Order & Vendor Management: Execute and track purchase orders, follow up with vendors for timely deliveries, and resolve order-related issues through effective communication with internal teams and vendors.
• Material Master & System Controls: Maintain and update material master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy of SKU details, pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQ), lead times, and other relevant data.
• Commercial Compliance: Ensure vendor contracts, pricing terms, and procurement documentation comply with company policies; support internal audits and compliance checks.
• Inventory & Stock Planning Support: Monitor inventory levels, identify risks of stock-outs or excess inventory, and collaborate with planning teams to maintain optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Reporting & MIS: Prepare procurement dashboards, MIS reports, and vendor performance trackers; analyze KPIs such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF), lead time, cost variance, and stock health to support operational decision-making.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement operations, supply chain, or P2P roles.
• Strong understanding of procurement workflows and vendor management.
• Working knowledge of SAP MM or relevant SAP modules.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and dashboard creation.
• Exposure to Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
• Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced D2C / FMCG environment.
• Educational qualifications: Not specified, but typically a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
