Job Description
<div>We're looking for a visionary Content & Social Media Lead to join our team and drive Aramya’s digital storytelling across platforms. Based in Gurugram, this role will lead our efforts in social media strategy, brand marketing, content creation, and digital customer experience (CX)—playing a pivotal part in shaping our voice and scaling our presence in the D2C e-commerce space.</div>

<div>Key Responsibilities:</div>
<div>Social Media Management</div>
<div>● Own end-to-end strategy and execution for social channels including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Whatsapp, Twitter, and emerging platforms</div>
<div>● Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns, launches, and moment marketing</div>
<div>● Collaborate with micro and macro influencers for content partnerships</div>
<div>● Drive UGC (user-generated content) and organic content loops</div>

<div>Content Marketing</div>
<div>● Own the brand voice and ensure consistency of all visuals and communications across all customer touchpoints</div>
<div>● Lead on long-form and short-form content: website creatives, Ad creatives, social media, campaign visuals, emailers, blogs etc.</div>
<div>● Track key content KPIs: engagement, reach, CTR, follower growth, sentiment and create a feedback loop to improve future outputs</div>
<div>● Oversee and mentor designers, freelancers, and agencies</div>

<div>Requirements</div>
<div>● 7+ years of experience in content/social marketing, preferably in a D2C/consumer internet brand</div>
<div>● Strong written and visual communication skills</div>
<div>● Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and influencer ecosystem</div>
<div>● Data-driven with working knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)</div>
<div>● Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments</div>
