Job Summary

The TPM Consultant will leverage expertise in data modeling across various Trade Promotion Management (TPM) capabilities such as SAP, Salesforce, Promo XTEL, and VisualFabriq. This role will be instrumental in guiding the team on functional requirements specifically in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Growth domains throughout the model development process.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define functional requirements for data models.
• Develop and optimize data models that cater to TPM capabilities and support business objectives.
• Guide and mentor team members on best practices in RGM and Growth domains during model development.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure the alignment of data models with organizational processes and workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6-10 years of relevant experience in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) consulting.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in data modeling for TPM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Promo XTEL, VisualFabriq).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Educational Qualifications: Relevant bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, or Data Science).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with industry-specific trends in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
• Experience with business intelligence tools and data analytics platforms.

Experience
