Senior Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Sales Manager is accountable for identifying, evaluating, and pursuing sales and business opportunities. This role involves implementing strategic market outreach plans to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Implement outreach to new clients to expand business.
  • Connect with relevant existing client contacts and develop relationships for cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand into new domestic markets/client bases.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts, resolve client issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Update Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and manage client communications before, during, and after engagement.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as lead generation, to ensure coordinated efforts.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and developments that could impact the business.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication both internally and externally.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to network effectively and establish strong interpersonal connections.
  • Proficient in delivering presentations, capable of conveying complex information.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Exceptional skills in written communication.
  • Good understanding of the Compliance & Regulatory sector.
  • Preferred educational background includes a degree in MBA, or Post-Graduate qualifications in Finance, Banking, or Business Development.
  • Professional experience ranging from 10-15 years.

Experience

A minimum of 10-15 years of professional experience in sales or related fields is required.
