aforementioned geographies, the roles and responsibilities encompass everything ranging from Market
Research, Product-Market Fit, Sales Solutioning & Consulting, Post-sales Customer Success to SaaS
Implementation, and more.
The role is a very hands-on and expects a strong bias for action and accountability. If you have
entrepreneurial grit, enjoy solving complex problems, and have the willingness to build a sustainable

The Essentials: What you bring to the table
● Are you a storyteller with a problem solving mindset?
● Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end
customers.
● Ability to create compelling stories with clear value propositions. Excellent presentation skill is
imperative since the role requires presenting to the leadership & customers.
● Can break problems into small bits using the first principles and put ambiguous problem statements
into structured & actionable ones
● Proven program management skills i.e. stakeholder management, empathy, communication, and risk
management (only for senior roles)
● ‘Get Things Done’ attitude with the willingness to bootstrap ideas on her/his own
● Willingness to get their hands dirty as an Individual Contributor
● You have a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's
success.
● Should understand the Business Legal clauses. If the person has worked on legal agreements on
business related clauses will be an added advantage.
● If you enjoy getting the big-ticket deals and grabbing hefty commissions
● If you enjoy the life experiences that B2B enterprise sales has to offer
● Attention to details and being time-bound is a MUST.
● Understanding the competitor’s strategy and ability to negotiate a good pricing model is very
important.
● Should be willing to travel on weekends and if required sometimes have to work on one of the
weekends. (Only exceptional basis)
● Prior Team Handling skills will be an advantage.
● Sales Attitude to Analytical Aptitude
● Strong work ethics (this is non-negotiable)
What will get you to the table
● Education: MBA from Tier-1 colleges (IIT / BITS / IIM / ISB or equivalent)
● Work Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales and product consulting,
preferably in Workplace or Real Estate domain, with a rolodex of similar target markets/prospects.
● A valid passport and some international travel/sales experience. Visa will be an icing on the cake, but
is not a must have.
