Excellent presentation skill is<br /> imperative since the role requires presenting to the leadership &amp; customers.<br /> ● Can break problems into small bits using the first principles and put ambiguous problem statements<br /> into structured &amp; actionable ones<br /> ● Proven program management skills i.e. stakeholder management, empathy, communication, and risk<br /> management (only for senior roles)<br /> ● &lsquo;Get Things Done&rsquo; attitude with the willingness to bootstrap ideas on her/his own<br /> ● Willingness to get their hands dirty as an Individual Contributor<br /> ● You have a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company&#39;s<br /> success.<br /> ● Should understand the Business Legal clauses. If the person has worked on legal agreements on<br /> business related clauses will be an added advantage.<br /> ● If you enjoy getting the big-ticket deals and grabbing hefty commissions<br /> ● If you enjoy the life experiences that B2B enterprise sales has to offer<br /> ● Attention to details and being time-bound is a MUST.<br /> ● Understanding the competitor&rsquo;s strategy and ability to negotiate a good pricing model is very<br /> important.<br /> ● Should be willing to travel on weekends and if required sometimes have to work on one of the<br /> weekends. (Only exceptional basis)<br /> ● Prior Team Handling skills will be an advantage.<br /> ● Sales Attitude to Analytical Aptitude<br /> ● Strong work ethics (this is non-negotiable)</div> <div>What will get you to the table<br /> ● Education: MBA from Tier-1 colleges (IIT / BITS / IIM / ISB or equivalent)<br /> ● Work Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales and product consulting,<br /> preferably in Workplace or Real Estate domain, with a rolodex of similar target markets/prospects.<br /> ● A valid passport and some international travel/sales experience. Visa will be an icing on the cake, but<br /> is not a must have.</div> <div>2</div>
