About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Center Manager to lead and manage our German language training center for healthcare professionals. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring academic excellence, managing staff and students, and coordinating with international placement teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall operations of the training center, including academic delivery, scheduling, and student services.
• Supervise and support German language teachers, ensuring high-quality instruction up to B2 level.
• Track student performance, attendance, exam results, and prepare progress reports.
• Handle administration – admissions, fee collection, student onboarding, and compliance with institutional policies.
• Maintain liaison with placement teams to ensure student readiness for overseas opportunities.
• Conduct regular parent/student meetings, orientation sessions, and grievance handling.
• Drive performance metrics and ensure the center meets enrolment and outcome targets.
• Manage facilities, resources, and ensure a professional learning environment.

Requirements:
• Graduate/Postgraduate with 5+ years of experience in center management, training institutes, or education administration.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Experience in language training, nursing/healthcare training, or overseas education sector preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, student-centric environment.
