Job Summary

The Product Manager will spearhead the expansion of the company within the Indian market, overseeing the product strategy for its rapidly scaling short-form video application. This role will involve collaborating across various teams to drive product innovation and enhance user engagement. Responsibilities

• Own and shape mobile-first storytelling experiences used by millions.
• Build and optimize feed and recommendation systems to drive engagement.
• Combine editorial instincts with strong data fluency to drive product decisions.
• Collaborate with teams using language models (LLMs), embeddings, and generative AI to build immersive experiences.
• Launch features with global reach, starting with India.

Qualifications

• Extensive product management experience ranging from 4 to 10 years, particularly in consumer content, social media, streaming, or gaming sectors.
• Proven track record in shipping and scaling recommendation or feed products.
• Proficiency in SQL, experimentation frameworks, and user research.
• Comfortable owning metrics such as Daily Active Users (DAU), Monthly Active Users (MAU), watch-time, and P-scores; know how to influence these metrics.
• A solid blend of narrative insight and data analysis capabilities.
• Passion for storytelling and technology, with an interest in consumer AI developments.
• Bonus: Background in engineering or machine learning, along with exposure to global media markets.
