Job Profile – Operation Executive

Role and Responsibility:

Looking for a candidate who have a good knowledge of Operations & supply chain activity, This role is multifunction where the candidate get to learn new thing related to business expansions. He will be involved in Procurement, Ecom Operation, Import Management, Cross country Operations 

• Support sourcing team in planning, managing, and coordinating all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand
• Analyse purchasing history, review Price Purchase Variance (PPV), take action to achieve operational cost saving yearly
• This role will collaborate with Sourcing, Ecom, Finance, on Multiple Activity
• Update and review system master data as related to product planning, inventory, and sourcing activities
• Prepare forward planning of work schedules when receiving new work orders
• Ensure all materials are procured with sufficient receiving lead time per MO plan required date
• Cost spending analysis for Procurement.
• Data Management – Need to maintain proper record for all the relative transactions.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree /Diploma/Any Post Graduate
• Experience of 1-3 years managing Operations / Supply chain activity.
