Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Dynamics CRM Lead with hands-on experience and deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions that align with strategic business objectives. The role also involves leading technical teams, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery of CRM projects.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Architecture & Design

  • Develop and define a clear architectural vision for Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations.

  • Design end-to-end CRM solutions that are aligned with business needs and technical feasibility.

  • Create detailed technical design documents and architectural blueprints.

2. Implementation & Integration

  • Lead CRM implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.

  • Define and execute data migration strategies for transitioning from legacy systems to Dynamics CRM.

3. Technology Leadership & Strategy

  • Stay current with evolving CRM technologies, tools, trends, and best practices.

  • Define and implement the technology strategy and roadmap for CRM platforms within the organization.

4. Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather functional requirements and map them into CRM capabilities.

  • Serve as the technical lead and point of contact for all Dynamics CRM-related initiatives.

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and partners to ensure successful CRM delivery.

5. Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting

  • Ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performance CRM solutions through robust QA practices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, while implementing sustainable long-term solutions.

6. Training & Documentation

  • Conduct training sessions for end users and CRM administrators.

  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and workflows.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading Dynamics CRM implementation projects.

  • Deep understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, customization, configuration, and integration capabilities.

  • Strong experience in solution design, data migration, system integration, and performance tuning.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications will be an added advantage.
