Requirements:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Management, marketing or related field.

● 3-5 years of total experience; Ecommerce/Cross border trade experience will be
an added advantage.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

● Strong interest in Customer satisfaction, Retention & Growth, must have an
analytical bent and knack for problem solving.

● Ability to analyze data & map out global trends.

● Strong interpersonal skills, cross functional collaboration and a team player.

● Ability to operate in a fast paced environment by prioritizing & strategizing
efficiently.

● Presence in the D2C Community would be a plus.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning-
-
● Track SKU behaviors on marketplaces using data analysis and consumer’s
needs & buying patterns.

● Conduct Competitive Mapping & develop and implement pricing strategies.
-
● Develop go-to-market strategies for launches, campaigns, and category-specific
events.

● Drive revenue and growth across categories by enhancing brand presence,
expanding customer base, and fostering retention.

● Formulate and execute merchandising strategies, achieving acquisition,
retention, and CRM goals for respective categories.
Growth Optimization-
-
● Identify and capitalize on opportunities, leveraging data insights to boost GMV or
top-line performance.

● Researching and analyzing the data and market insights to increase marketplace
growth for the given category.

● Map out all of the customer journeys to improve and optimize the eCommerce
sales funnel.
