Job Summary

The Senior Systems Engineer will play a crucial role in the development, testing, and deployment of automation workflows using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like UiPath. This position is focused on delivering high-quality automation solutions that align with the organization's objectives and ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath and other RPA tools.
• Support the automation solutions post-deployment with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols in RPA development.
• Participate in requirements analysis to deliver timely results on project expectations.
• Fix code, refactor existing workflows, and remediate bots currently in production.
• Raise issues and risks promptly, engaging in collaborative brainstorming sessions to resolve them.
• Experience working in an Agile development methodology.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or higher.
• Experience: 6-9 years of relevant experience in software development, specifically with UiPath.
• UiARD or UiADPv1 certification is a must.
• Proficiency in Excel, Email, Web automation, Orchestrator, Queue management, RE framework, SQL, API, and PDF extraction.
• Knowledge of other RPA tools, with an emphasis on BLUEPRISM, is preferred.
• Familiarity with versioning and source control systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in code fixing and refactoring.
• Strong analytical skills to understand and analyze project requirements.

Experience

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with UiPath, within a span of 6-9 years in the field of software development and engineering.
