Java Full Stack Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with a strong background in Java8, Angular, and Azure. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading development projects, ensuring the quality and performance of software solutions, and guiding teams through the evaluation process using a mandatory evaluation sheet. This role is designed for a professional with 8+ years of experience who is flexible enough to adjust work hours, including overlapping with EST as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full stack development projects using Java8, Angular, and Azure.
• Ensure timely completion and quality of deliverables, adhering to established evaluation sheet requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions.
• Maintain and optimize existing applications by implementing best practices in coding and documentation.
• Manage technical challenges and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Adapt to flexible working hours (11:00 am to 8:00 pm) and potential overlap with EST as per project needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on full stack development.
• Proficiency in Java8, Spring Boot, Angular, and Azure.
• Mandatory experience with evaluation sheet processes.
• Proven experience in developing RESTful services and microservices architectures.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and development best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Relevant educational qualification such as B.Tech, B.Sc, M.Tech, or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Terraform is a plus.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing schedules.
• Demonstrated experience in a hybrid work setting.

Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in full stack development and leading technical projects.

Environment

• Work Schedule: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm with potential overlap with EST as per project needs.
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week).
• Office Locations: Pune, Bangalore, Noida, Mumbai, and Hyderabad.
• Role Type: Contract-to-hire (C2H) on a 6-month contract.

Salary

• 2.0 LPM + Tax
