426254 Senior Product Owner - Veeva Quality Vault (Open)

Job Summary

The Senior Product Owner for Veeva Quality Vault will collaborate with technology leaders, product owners, and principal engineers to develop strategic roadmaps, frameworks, reference architectures, and artifacts. This role is crucial in aligning business requirements with technology roadmaps and participating in the planning and realization of these roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technology leaders and product owners to develop and align on strategic direction and technology roadmaps.
• Seek consensus from domain experts before making key architectural decisions regarding technology, processes, and personnel.
• Participate in the design process with principal engineering leads to ensure adherence to target architecture in detailed designs.
• Lead the evaluation of next-generation technologies through conducting Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Engage in business partner and vendor product roadmap development to realize the company's vision.
• Define requirements for taxonomy, standards, guidelines, procedures, templates, and tools, linking these components to develop reference and target architectures, patterns, and future roadmaps within the Digital Marketing stack.
• Work closely with the Head of Enterprise Architecture and Commercial Strategy and AI Architect to build and govern an enterprise architecture framework aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure overall accountability for the delivery of architecture services for Digital Marketing Technology.
• Reduce complexity in the application and infrastructure portfolio and associated cost structures.
• Increase the reuse of global and GSC architecture standards and shared services.
• Ensure compliance with good professional practices and applicable architectural, regulatory, and risk management requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies that could enhance employee productivity and organizational operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Proven experience in product ownership or similar roles within technology environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and roadmaps.
• Experience with Veeva Quality Vault or similar quality management systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital marketing technologies and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and services.
• Certification in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in product ownership, enterprise architecture, or technology strategy roles.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹6,500,000.
