<ul> <li>Designation: Vice President / Assistant Vice President - Regional Head - North</li> <li>Location: Delhi</li> <li>Reporting to: Head &ndash; Sales, Business Development &amp; Marketing&nbsp; - Rajesh Singh</li> <li>The incumbent must have over 15 years of experience in the mutual fund space.</li> <li>The incumbent will be responsible for leading sales strategy formulation across the retail sales domain, managing sales forecasts and regional budgets, pursuing key prospects, negotiating terms, and ensuring complete adherence to processes and compliance requirements while achieving AUM targets.</li> <li>The incumbent will handle all Mutual Funds and Alternative assets across retail and institutional, lead a team of Sales staff in the zone and work closely with the Country Head &ndash; BD to create the distribution strategy for the company.&nbsp;</li> <li>Compensation: Fixed: 45 lakhs and Performance-Based Variable Pay.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
