Software Development Engineer 4

Job Summary

The Software Development Engineer 4 will play a critical role in the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, contributing to the overall success of the organization by ensuring effective project management and adherence to best practices. This position requires a strong understanding of ITIL processes and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
• Manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
• Provide expert guidance on ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices to clients and team members.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding of ServiceNow functionalities.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, preferably in a consulting or client-facing role.
• Certification: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification required (ITSM, HR, or CSM).
• Skills: Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
• Communication: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow implementations.
