Job Summary

The PHP Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using PHP. This role is critical to ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications as well as maintaining quality and responsiveness of applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP frameworks (such as Laravel or Symfony).
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve coding practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in PHP and experience with PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter).
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ability to write optimized queries.
• Experience with version control systems (such as Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.

• Understanding of containerization tools like Docker.
