Job Description

The Store Activation & Growth Manager will be responsible for driving store-level growth by planning and executing local marketing initiatives, brand activations, and partnerships that increase customer discovery, footfall, and repeat visits. This is a field-driven role focused on understanding neighbourhood catchments and creating impactful on-ground marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Catchment Analysis & Growth Planning

Study store neighbourhoods and understand local customer behaviour


Identify growth opportunities and untapped customer segments


Create localized marketing strategies for each store

Brand Activations & Experiential Marketing

Plan and execute on-ground brand activations


Organize experiential events such as food festivals, community fairs, and mall activations


Drive customer engagement through sampling programs and promotional campaigns

Increase Store Footfall

Run local marketing initiatives to drive customer visits


Launch corporate park activations, residential society events, and college partnerships


Execute occasion-based promotions and campaigns

Partnership Development

Build partnerships with corporate offices, gyms, schools, and residential communities


Collaborate with event organizers and local partners to promote the brand

Execution & Vendor Management

Coordinate with activation vendors and event partners


Manage logistics and ensure brand standards during activations


Monitor campaign performance and effectiveness

Growth Playbooks

Analyze results from activations and campaigns


Develop scalable marketing playbooks that can be replicated across multiple stores

Candidate Requirements

6–10 years of experience in Offline Marketing, Retail Marketing, Experiential Marketing, or Brand Activations


Experience in QSR, food services, retail, or hospitality brands preferred


Strong experience in BTL activations and on-ground marketing campaigns


Excellent vendor management and execution skills


Strong communication and stakeholder management


Comfortable working in a field-driven role with travel across cities
