Job Introduction VP, NBFC RELATIONSHIP Principal Responsibilities Customer relationship management at HIFSL NBFC performed through the following tasks: • Meeting LAS (loan against securities) needs of customers referred by INM Top-tier and Premier teams • Managing end-to-end customer lifecycle at HIFSL – • Offering product solutions in line with customer requirements, • Structuring the loan/collaterals, • Loan pricing, • Developing and getting loan proposals approved, • Onboarding the customer, • Supporting ongoing transactions and servicing, • Keeping the customer informed on the loan account, collateral securities etc. • Meeting relevant policies and procedures and governance standards • Delivering on expected customer experience standards
