Position Title: Business Head / P&L Leader – Ortho Implants

Reports to: CEO – Futura Surgicare
Function: Sales Leadership with Full P&L Ownership
Experience: 10-15 years (preferably in Ortho/Trauma implants or medical devices)

About the Business

Futura Surgicare is acquiring an ortho implants company which is a high-margin, niche player in the Indian orthopedic trauma implants segment, with a strong manufacturing backbone. The company clocks ~50 Cr in revenue and ~₹10 Cr in EBITDA and is poised for rapid growth under Futura’s umbrella. This business will play a strategic role in enhancing Futura’s product portfolio and valuation ahead of company’s IPO in future.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial P&L Head to lead this business post-acquisition. The ideal candidate will own top-line and bottom-line targets, drive national sales of trauma implants, build a strong distribution network, and tightly coordinate with the manufacturing unit for fulfilment and cost optimization.
