Senior Product Manager - User Growth/Partnerships

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Growth to own and scale our customer acquisition engine. In this role, you will drive top-of-funnel growth and collaborate closely with strategic partnerships and the marketing team to enhance acquisition volumes, ultimately enabling business growth. This position is an impactful individual contributor role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of growth and technology, reporting directly to the Head of Product.
Responsibilities

Partnership-Led Growth:
- Design and execute partnership strategies across embedded lending and aggregator channels to expand loan distribution.
- Build embedded lending integrations with e-commerce, travel, healthcare, EdTech, and lifestyle platforms for point-of-sale financing.
- Manage aggregator partnerships with fintech marketplaces and comparison platforms to drive qualified lead flow.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle: identification, commercial negotiations, technical integration, launch, and ongoing optimization.
- Develop API-first lending products and white-label solutions for seamless partner integrations.
- Track and optimize partnership performance across volume, customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and credit quality metrics.

Mobile Attribution & Marketing Analytics:
- Implement and leverage AppsFlyer for comprehensive mobile attribution including multi-touch attribution across paid and organic channels.
- Optimize deep linking to reduce application drop-offs and track campaign performance across various platforms (Google App Campaigns, Facebook, affiliate networks).
- Ensure fraud detection and install validation while tracking custom events for loan journey milestones.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize channel mix, creative performance, and bidding strategies.
- Build ROI dashboards tracking partner-wise and channel-wise performance, payback periods, and portfolio quality.

Acquisition & Conversion Optimization:
- Drive aggressive user acquisition through new partnership channels and optimize paid marketing efforts.
- Improve lead quality, reduce CAC while maintaining growth velocity, and optimize onboarding funnels from app install/partner referral to loan application.
- Experiment continuously with landing pages, lead capture flows, and engagement strategies, balancing growth with credit quality in collaboration with risk teams.

Data & Analytics:
- Define and monitor growth KPIs including new user acquisition, CAC by channel/partner, application rates, conversion metrics, and disbursement contribution.
- Conduct cohort analysis to assess partnership quality and long-term user value.
- Run A/B tests on campaigns, landing experiences, and partnership offers, building performance frameworks for partnerships and marketing channels.
Qualifications
- Must-Have:
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in growth, partnerships, or acquisition roles.
- Strong fintech background, preferably in lending or consumer finance.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partnership channels.
- Deep expertise in mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Marketing, Credit/Risk, and Compliance teams.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant product management experience, with a focus on growth and partnerships.
