JOB PURPOSE
We're seeking a talented, innovative, and proven Graphic Designer who is passionate
about consumer products and wants to employ their skills and experience to empower
people to live healthier, happier, and more fulfilled lives. This individual should be
skilled at all aspects of design, with deep expertise in developing brand identity &
systems, along with digital and social marketing. This role will entail communicating
effectively with copywriters, video editors, brand, digital, and marketing managers. This
person should be able to think beyond a single channel execution, identify new
opportunities and execute on complex design and communication strategies, and lead
customer-centric journey orchestration.
You'll drive extreme customer obsession through brand development and all things
design. You'll work across full project lifecycles, from collaborating with our Brand
Team on marketing concepts to executing those concepts with our in-house team,
vendors, and freelancers. You sweat the details and get excited about trying new things
and designing across a variety of different brand aesthetics and styles.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
• Drive all internal- and external-facing online and print creative materials from
conception to final delivery; provides clear creative direction, guidance, and
feedback to design team members to ensure ability to meet organizational and
partner needs.
• Conceptualize and produce online and offline collateral for marketing and sales,
including original campaigns, emailers, brochures, banner ads, product sheets
and more.
• Drive strategic design thinking and brainstorms, and partners with
Communications team members to ideate solutions and creative ways to use
design for storytelling.
• Concisely and strongly communicates strategy, design concepts, and creative
ideas to internal and external partners, or “clients.”
• Ensures the Foundation's brand and standards are upheld through all materials,
including those created for both internal and external stakeholders, and that all
work is strategic, effective, and consistent.
• Responsible for ensuring brand consistency while offering a fresh approach to
design, artwork, digital and print output.

Qualification & skills requirements
• 1+ years of experience working as a Designer/Art Director/Digital Designer at an
agency or brand
• BA in Graphic Design or related degree/education
• Mastery of Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign)
• Ability to translate business goals into innovative, meaningful, and differentiated
digital, interactive, social and viral brand experiences.
• A solid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, and
color theory.
• An online portfolio that demonstrates a passion for great design and shows
stylistic breath, attention to detail, and usability.
• Ability to communicate well with team members and articulate rationale for
design decisions.
• Ability to manage many projects at once and meet deadlines.
• A pulse on what is relevant in culture, design and technology and can push for
and help set trends.
• A self-starter attitude with an excitement to work in a fast-paced, low-ego
environment.
• Familiarity with animation and prototyping tools.
• Web design experience is a plus.

Our Story

Presently, most brands in the Indian DTC space are created in the mass segments
across Fashion, Beauty & Food verticals. Only a handful brands are created in the
premium segment of other verticals including home-improvement.
We firmly believe that the next growth in DTC will come from premium segment in
verticals in which penetration of DTC brands is low.
With the increase in GDP Per Capita and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) ecosystem,
consumer demand for high quality aspirational products is increasing and will grow
multifold in the coming five years.
