Service Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with 6-9 years of strong background in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud operations, specifically with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions. The ideal candidate will have experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), scripting languages, system monitoring tools, and cloud infrastructure maintenance. Familiarity with Azure services, networking, security, and development on Azure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Automate infrastructure deployment and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and YAML.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure automation scripts using PowerShell and Python.
• Implement, deploy, and maintain Spark jobs.
• Deploy and maintain Power BI deliveries.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance using system monitoring tools and best practices for infrastructure maintenance.
• Ensure high availability and scalability of cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure and applications.
• Work with version control and source code management tools to manage infrastructure changes.
• Implement and maintain cloud security and networking practices to safeguard infrastructure and applications.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, YAML, and other declarative infrastructure automation frameworks.
• Solid experience with scripting languages like PowerShell and Python for automation and infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and best practices for infrastructure health monitoring and maintenance.
• Good understanding of Azure security, networking, and cloud operations.
• Knowledge of streaming data platform paradigms and technologies.
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in managing Azure development resources such as Databases, Virtual Machines, Container Images, Kubernetes, and cloud-native applications.
• Exposure to Azure Synapse Analytics, Big Data systems, and data engineering on Azure platforms.
• Knowledge of Azure Synapse, Big Data systems, and cloud-native applications.

Experience

6-9 years of relevant experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipeline automation, and cloud operations.
