Product Manager

Job Summary

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving product development from concept to live deployment. You will work directly with the founding team and have a significant impact on the company's product offerings. Responsibilities

• Own the outcomes of product initiatives, ensuring successful delivery from concept through to live users.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of product features, advocating for effective guardrails where necessary.
• Analyze complex data sets, providing actionable insights to drive decision-making under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights from customers, particularly focusing on their operational realities and feedback.
• Engage with customers primarily through written communication, ensuring clarity and transparency in all documentation.
• Immerse yourself deeply in the restaurant catering space, conducting research and analysis to enhance your understanding of the market.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of product management experience, with proven history of shipping products.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs), demonstrating the ability to discuss their intricacies and defend your viewpoints.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with messy data and drawing conclusions from it.
• Excellent written communication skills; ability to document decisions clearly for transparency and alignment.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to own projects and outcomes without being directed.
• Experience working in an agile environment, demonstrating the ability to iterate quickly and efficiently.
