• He/She should also possess the competence to build bottom up plans for achieving the qualitative and quantitative targets for his/her region
• Should be decent with numbers and basic excel based analytics
• Is ok to travel extensively to meet customers and teams
• Is adaptable to changes. Is ok with the ambiguity and changes that comes with an early stage startup that is growing at a rapid pace
